The Microbes Found In The Honey Of New York City Beehives
The goal of this project was to extract and analyze the microbial DNA from honey samples taken from different areas of New York City. They were compared to samples from a store-bought Pennsylvania bottle and Westchester County. We also used two different extraction methods to see which one would work better with honey.
